Video performance realized as part of a residency in Iran at the SCC gallery in Isfahan.

The room – this is the room where I lived during the residence. The fountain in the center flooding the room, provoked me to make this video. The costume is erotic lingerie purchased in Iran. Men are not allowed in lingerie stores, while saleswomen wrapped up from head to toe in a hijab (shawl covering the whole body) offer all kinds of fetish fetish from erotic lingerie to whips. In this way, these places perform the functions of unofficial and banned by the government sex shops. The words in the background are curses at Farsi language, directed at women, they mainly concern the aunt from the father, mother and sister. In Iran there are definitely more of them than in relation to men.
