BLUE SUITS ME / 2011

TO MY FACE IN BLUE performance at the Entropia Gallery in Wrocław, 2011

The gallery was lit with red light, and on the wall, in white light, hung a painting titled "SILENCE" https://izabelachamczyk.com/en/works/malarstwo/cisza.html – one of my first abstractions. Below the painting, blue drops were visible, leading to a closed door, through which, through an opening, one could see a scene (in reference to Marcel Duchamp's work: Étant donnés: 1. La chute d'eau, 2. Le gaz d'éclairage), where a blue drop fell onto my red-painted body.
